In my role as Deputy Chief Executive, I currently support initiatives in Education, Meetings, Membership, IT and Governance. In the last 2 years, I have developed and served as faculty for workshops on creating a Positive Culture in Your Office and also on Conscious Leadership. I am a certified Vedic Educator through the Chopra Center teaching Meditation, Seven Spiritual Laws of Yoga and Perfect Health. I currently teach free weekly classes in Washington DC. My intention is to bring and cultivate a mindful approach to all aspects of my life and in service to NCURA and to bring the teachings of yoga, meditation, and perfect health at no cost to my community.
